Resolute Wealth Advisor Secures Grant for Findlay Hope House

Findlay, Ohio – [May 10th, 2019] – Findlay Hope House was the recipient of one of three grants awarded by the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation (IIOCF) at this year’s Envestnet Advisor Summit.  The Summit is an annual wealth management industry conference that was hosted last week in Austin, Texas.  Beau Bryant, Associate Wealth Advisor with Resolute Wealth Advisor in Findlay, applied for the grant in support of Hope House’s mission.  Hope House was, ultimately, chosen as a benefactor of one of the grants awarded out of the thousands of advisors in attendance and given the opportunity to apply.  Hope House received $3,000 in funding as a result of this grant.

The IIOCF Grant Program funds specific programs or projects for nonprofits with which financial advisors are actively involved.  IIOCF partnered with Envestnet, a leading provider of intelligent systems for financial wellness, to provide a grant opportunity to advisors attending the conference this year.  Winning recipients were selected from a pool of applications and evaluated based on the impact the grant would have on the program, and community, the nonprofit serves.

Erin Zylka, Senior Wealth Advisor with Resolute, has been an active volunteer and board member at Findlay Hope House for the past five years.  Findlay Hope House helps impoverished individuals and families secure affordable housing and connects them to the resources and support they need to maintain independence. This $3,000 grant will be used to continue Hope House’s mission of helping families take a critical step towards permanent change.

Erin Zylka has been proud to be a member of Hope House’s board and is an impassioned supporter of what their organization has been able to do for the Findlay area and Hancock County communities.  She continues to actively work to bring awareness to this organization, as well as the issues and obstacles faced by the homeless population in this community.

About the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation

The inspiration for the IIOCF, a 501(c)(3) charity, came directly from the financial advisors who invest in others by giving back to their communities with overwhelming generosity and dedication.  Since its founding in 2006, IIOCF has amplified these efforts by providing a platform for advisors to increase visibility and funding to the nonprofit organizations serving their communities.
