Erin Zylka, AIF®
Erin’s goal is to encourage her clients – mostly women – to feel comfortable managing their financial lives, especially throughout times of significant change. The financial industry has given these women – women whose lives have been drastically altered after experiencing a major change – a name: they call them “women in transition.” While men do face these transitions, too; women are more likely to experience them alone due to their longer life expectancies.
Many women who seek advice from Erin will have recently been through one of the following significant changes:
- loss of a spouse or loved one
- job/career change
- sale of a business
- family and relationship changes
- caregiving for aging parents
Erin likes to begin a different kind of conversation – one that is more engaging, less intimidating, and more meaningful. A conversation that connects women with other women who know how to build wealth and are passionate about sharing their expertise, giving all women the confidence to be stewards of their own wealth for themselves and their families.
Erin has been an advisor in Northwest Ohio since 2010 and joined Resolute at its inception, helping to shape many of the key philosophies of the organization. She graduated magna cum laude from The University of Toledo with her Master’s in Business Administration, after receiving her bachelor’s degree. With the desire to provide wealth management in a fiduciary manner, Erin attained her Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.
Erin is a member of the Flag City Findlay Rotary Club, serves on the board of Findlay Hope House for the Homeless, and is an active member of Handbags That Help.
