Alyssa’s role as Client Service Associate means she is an initial point of contact for clients with questions or requests, and for new clients as they onboard with Resolute. She also assists the team in preparing documentation and in ensuring clients’ needs are met.
For clients of Resolute, Alyssa’s responsibilities include:
- Scheduling client meetings with advisors
- Preparing documentation for new account openings
- Helping new clients navigate the onboarding process
- Tracking our clients’ progress towards their financial goals
- Providing account maintenance to keep client records up to date
Prior to joining the Resolute team, Alyssa worked in banking for five years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Alyssa and her two kids live in Findlay with two dogs, and three cats.
